Refund policy

Before we start work

Full refund, no questions asked. Work starts the first time we connect to your site with the access you shared.

After we start work

No refund, because the work is being done. If the hack comes back within 30 days of delivery, the guarantee in our terms gives you a free re-cleanup.

If we can’t clean your site

If we can’t clean the site for a reason outside our control, you get a full refund and a written report of what we found.

Complex cases

The same rules apply to the $150 difference for a complex case: refunded in full if cleanup hasn’t started.

Monitoring

You can cancel monitoring at any time. It stops at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and that period isn’t refunded.

How to ask

Write to hello@sitesafeagain.com with your case number. Refunds go back the way you paid: to your card through Stripe, or to your PayPal account. How long they take to show depends on your bank or card issuer.
